In 2009, we sold our house to travel the world as a family, experience new cultures and languages, and expand our minds. So far, we’ve been to over 40 countries and dozens of cities and towns. (Note: Some of the places we’ve traveled may not have yet made it into blog posts or on this map.)
We have over 10 years of experience traveling with kids of every age from 0 to 15, and we’re passionate about encouraging other families who are interested in long-term travel.
Families who are interested in doing this often have many questions from education and finance, to packing and luggage, to safety and healthcare, to locations and community. If you’d like support in your travel journey, be sure to check out the annual Family Adventure Academy, a 3-day live bootcamp for parents who want to take their families on a travel adventure.
If your family is ready to hit the road, even for a week, we’d love to see you at the Family Adventure Summit an annual 4-day event for families in held exciting locations around the world where you can meet other inspiring families who are doing this, too, and receive encouragement and support in your journey.
For online support, check out our Family Travel Accelerator course, with over 6 hours of training on questions from how to fund your travels, to how to decide where to go, along sharing what we’ve learned on our journey
